HSIB highlights impact of blood sampling errors across NHS

The Government’s Bill to establish an independent non-departmental public body has received its second reading in the House of Lords (29 October 2019).

Introduced by Baroness Blackwood, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Health and Social Care, the debate took just under three hours 45 minutes with 20 Lords and Baronesses taking part.
