Webinar: ambulance service safety learning

by Communications team

This webinar was held jointly by the Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE) and HSIB for ambulance services staff.

This webinar is for all staff who are interested in service improvement and the wide variety of learning to be gained from our unique and in-depth investigations.

Webinar content

In this webinar we share the findings from our national investigation into emergency responses to heart attacks and a maternity investigation, which both involved the ambulance service.

It also explains our investigation process and what someone could expect if interviewed by HSIB staff.

The aim is to help you understand how HSIB’s experience can make a difference to frontline healthcare and improve patient safety.

Thank you

More than 350 people attended the webinar from all parts of the UK. We would like to thank everyone who helped make it a success.
