Jabeen has a strong track record in delivering creative and novel solutions to complex organisational development challenges in the healthcare sector. She is passionate about continuous improvement and learning for the benefit of patients and patient care.

Her past roles include senior positions at NHS England, NHS Digital, Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, and Spectrum Health. Jabeen has held non-executive director positions with Manningham Housing Association (where she was also interim chair), Carlisle Business Centre, and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Jabeen holds an MBA and other qualifications in psychology (she is a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner), personnel management, and coaching and mentoring. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and member of the British Psychological Society.
