Philippa Styles appointed as Director of Investigations

Philippa Styles will join our team shortly as Director of Investigations. This is a critical role within the leadership team, overseeing all investigations undertaken by the Health Services Safety Investigations Body (HSSIB).

Philippa is a paramedic by background and has worked in the NHS for over 20 years. She brings extensive leadership experience including senior leadership roles at the Care Quality Commission, and most recently as the Director of Operational Delivery at Locala Health and Wellbeing.

In line with her aim of continually developing as a healthcare leader, Philippa has successfully completed a Masters in Healthcare Leadership and is currently undertaking the Nye Bevan Programme for executive leaders in the NHS.
